Staying Cool

The heat wave affecting the country, prompted not my client who are the coolest. I do not know about you, but I think it's extreme heat, physically and mentally exhausting. I must keep some tips, body and spirit in one month cool August.

* If a glass of ice water, hot drinks and take hot showers. This will cause sweating and cool the body. too much of the summer heat with cold dishesweaken digestion.
